Job Vacancies

  • Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

Process invoices
Prepare payment plan
Vendors reconciliation
Prepare Balance Sheet Review
Liase with site finance, vendors, purchasing and end user for problem invoices
Follow up GRIR, workflow approval for non-PO invoices
Follow up on long outstanding AP aging
Journal preparation
Tax analysis
Intercompany confirmation
DN/ CN for vendor preparation
Perform Ad-Hoc tasks assigned from time to time as instructed by Management
Observe and ensure full compliance with organizational Information Security Policy, organizational Health Safety and Environment Standards & organizational Finance Control Manual

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent; Diploma/ Finalist in ACCA or CIMA

Required skill(s): SAP, MS Excel.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

 

  • Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

Liaise with the company secretary, tenant and lawyers
Responsible for requisition and maintenance of office equipment including furniture and fixture, telephone system, keys.
Responsible for printing of office stationeries
Renewal of License, Insurance, Contract, Advertisement
Handle business travel and hotel arrangements for management and employees.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.

Required skill(s): SAP, MS Excel.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
